terms and conditions

1. All monetary values listed are in Singapore currencies unless otherwise stated.

2. Published prices are only correct at point of publish and may expire immediately after users submit his or her orders and/ or leaving the enjoy29.com site, which ever earlier.

3. All submitted orders are subjected to publish prices at point of submission. Any price revisions found after order submissions are not affected by the new pricing.

4. All goods (read clause 21) sold in enjoy29.com website are bind by warranty clauses in which buyers can access and read by clicking on the link appended below or at http://enjoy29.com/warranty.htm

5. All orders are subjected to the availability of stocks is bind with the standard term ‘while stocks last’.

6. Prices listed herein do not include and is subjected to shipment/ delivery cost.  The total payable will be tendered for your final submission and acceptance.  Delivery addresses outside mainland and offshore Singapore is bind with terms and conditions set in clause 11 listed below.

7. Discount tendered for orders are given at the discretion of enjoy29.com and bind no fix formula.

8. Buyers owning discount vouchers and wanting to use for discount transactions must key in their discount codes found in the space provided in the order/ payment form at point of order.  All uses of discount voucher will not be accepted thereafter.

9. Product photogenic/ graphic images are simulated and for viewing purpose only.  While every care is taken to provide closest to the actual product the delivered items may varies in outlook.

10. Delivery of products to designated address is made through courier services, unregistered mails, hand delivered or any other modes deemed fit by decision of enjoy29.com unless otherwise arranged.

11. Delivery will only be made by default within mainland Singapore. Addresses outside and offshore mainland Singapore will be processed case by case basis. Such transactions may be subjected to higher shipment cost and automatic tendered final total price (which you may have accepted) is not conclusive. In such events, orders are not deemed complete until all separate additional terms, condition and arrangements are accepted by all parties. These arrangements must be confirmed in form of emails, any other binding document and/ or other communication modes.  All arranged delivery addresses within mainland Singapore is not affected by this clause.

12. All confirmation of receiving orders via emails or other communication modes does not bind acceptance of orders by enjoy29.com. A separate confirmation and acceptance of submitted orders via emails or mobile phone short message service (sms) will be forwarded, and will only deemed orders completed and accepted thereafter.

13. In event that buyers do not receive a final acceptance of orders usually via emails or sms within 24 hours after submission of orders automatic deemed orders not received or not accepted by enjoy29.com.  In such unlikely event, buyers may like to re-submit orders or write to enjoy29.com at sales@enjoy29.com for verification.

14. Any missing or wrong input of required information requested in the order form should automatic become void and null by default. Confirmation of receiving and acceptance of orders do not confirm verification of correct or missing entries and may still be terminated in such event.  In event of such, all payments already made will not be forfeited and transactions will not be further executed with immediate effect. 

15. In event that a delivery is made and found submitted delivery address not in order or no one available at receiving end during arranged date and time, enjoy29.com reserves all right to retain all monies received and no further delivery shall be made.  Further execution or termination of such orders will be in discretion by enjoy29.com . Paid monies will not be refunded.

16. Goods may not be released to buyers or buyer’s designated recipient if payments cannot be collected at point of delivery for arranged COD transactions.

17. Self-collections can be arranged at designate train stations or other arranged places agreed by all parties.

18. Payment can be transacted via Inter-bank transfer (Internet, phone banking or ATM transfer) and crossed cheques made and posted to ‘P Art Interior & Marketing’ prior to delivery. Cash On Delivery (COD) in the form of cash, crossed or cash cheques can be arranged for transactions if goods are arranged to be collected or picked up at designated location agreed by all parties.

19. Payments have to be made in Singapore currencies by default. Currencies issued by other countries have to be approved prior to confirmation of acceptance (see clause 8) by enjoy29.com. Foreign currencies will be converted in accordance to daily prevailing rate and be forwarded to buyer before accepting order.  All handling, conversion, administration and/or other fees required by agents executing the payment transfer would be bond by the buyer.

20. All delivery will only be processed upon receiving payments unless payment by COD and self-collection at designated places is being arranged (also read clause 16).

21. All goods collected and delivered are considered sold and all goods sold are not returnable.  Any goods which come with periods of warranties and at any point within warranty period presented and proven received goods not in perfect working condition and that binds within warranty clauses, these goods will be exchanged with a working condition of the same items.  In event that the items is not available in stock, buyers will be given priorities to select any available items equal to the same monetary values.  Arrangements can also be made to defer selection until available of stocks and items to buyer like and want.

22. All documents bearing buyers name and/or order number and date of purchase form proves of warranty. All items falling within warranty and it warranty clauses are listed below for buyer’s reference and acceptance.

23. All buyer submitting orders is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions herein and all warrantee clauses if any and subjected.

24. enjoy29.com is not responsible for any information being hacked or accessed by any 3^rd parties during the process of electronic transmitting information to and from servers.  Any lost or damages of any form caused by process of transacting shall be at buyer’s risk.

25. Above listed terms and conditions is not exhaustive.  enjoy29.com reserved it rights to impose additional terms and conditions case by case basis and in such event, must be brought forward to buyer prior to acceptance of orders. (Please read clause 8 for definition of ‘completed and accepted’ orders).

26. enjoy29.com reserved all rights to revise, replace or discontinue any clauses listed herein at anytime without prior notice. Buyers and users are bind with that latest set of revised terms and conditions thereafter.
